At the end of Round #1 - 2026 Caribbean GT3 Championship

It was a dominant display from Trinidadian Dominic Charles, as he raced to victory in the sub-one-hour event at Interlagos over the past weekend. Clinching pole position with a 01:30.708.

Coming second in qualifying was Jamaica's Jayden Harrison, after challenging Dominic with a 01:31.306. Guyanese Mateus Parker came third with a 01:31.647 to close out the top three. See the full qualifying results below.

2026 Caribbean GT3 Championship - Round #1 Interlagos Qualification Results


Shifting focus to the race, it was Dominic Charles who walked away with a commanding lead, only being challenged in turns one to three by Jamaica's Jayden Harrison, who unfortunately suffered technical difficulties and dropped out of the race before the end of lap one. With that, there was a new fight for second place between Guyanese Mateus Parker, Zeeyaad Razack, Raul Partab and Mitesh Ramdhani. At the end of an hour-long race, which featured a mandatory pitstop for a tyre change, Dominic Charles completed his dominant stint with nearly a lap to spare. Mitesh Ramdhani and Mateus Parker earned second and third, respectively. See the full classification below:
