That's a wrap! CSRO's 2022 June CSMC comes to an end...

Updated: Jul 12, 2022

And that's all she wrote; on the 26th of June, we closed the 2022 June CSMC at Circuit Zolder and what a race it would be. In the absence of Trinidadian Dominic Charles, Guyanese John Greene would lead the charge in the last of the fifteen minutes qualifying sessions. John came out to the end of the session and, on the final lap of his run, submitted a blazing 1:30.656 that saw him catapult into pole position. Jamaican Kurt Moss, who was pipped to tie the championship with Dominic on points but lost on total laps lead managed the second position on the front row with a 1:31.124, some .468 of a second behind John. Trinidadian Mikhail Charles managed a competitive lap that placed him in as lead for the second row with a 1:31.389, some .265 of a second behind Kurt Moss. Jamaican Michael Paisley presented a 1:31.410, a close .021 of a second behind Mikhail Charles. And closing off the top five in qualifying was newcomer Trinidadian Declan Daniel with a 1:31.472.
